A draft presentation board created for the Langstaff Site, a urban infill redevelopment proposal that can be potentially be the gateway between the Town of Markham and City of Toronto. Currently the site is composed of vacant lands and industrial uses and proposed to be converted to a mix of uses with plenty of residential units. Graphics on presentation board were created by Calthorpe Associates and Ferris + Associates Inc.
